Hi,

I was in your store this past week, which I think is awesome by the way.  I live in Lincoln, and my daughter and I were coming to Omaha for her birthday shopping trip.  I stopped in as I had called the day before and you'd said you had some AMM page refills that I was desperate for.  However, when we got there I found out you didn't have any.  What happened after that is the reason for this letter.  You'll recall your husband calling you at home and we tried to make something work.  I was hired to do this book and changing out all the pages to something else wasn't an option.  I was in a quandary as not being from Omaha I didn't have a clue as to how to get to another scrapbook store.  I just wanted you to know how sweet you were to call Archivers and find some there for me and have them hold them.  I did know how to get to that mall, they had them, and I was able to complete my book.  So THANK YOU for going out of your way to find me a product on your day off!  I truly appreciated the time you took to do that and it helped me out immensely!  I look forward to making another trip up there, I'm hoping to bring my cousin along and show her your wonderful store!

Again thank you for your help.

Have a blessed and prosperous New Year.

Dear PT

My friend Carrie and I came down from Lincoln last Friday night when it was so incredibly cold outside and used the Diva Room to scrap.  This was only my second time in your store, and her first.  Neither one of us had used or seen the Diva Scrap room before and we had a blast.  Granted I was the only one that tried on the hats, but the atmosphere, your store and of course the puppies were just wonderful.  We will definitely be back!!!!  I believe it was your husband that was working that night and he was very helpful and friendly.  Make sure you thank him too for staying open on such a cold night.

I've enjoyed watching the puppies on the website.  They are such fun.  Would love to have one as we just lost our dog this summer.  I will live vicariously thought Diva and Daisy and will continue to watch them change.  Don't stop sharing their updates on your blog.

Thanks again for a great adventure.

We can't thank Amy and Liz enough for their gracious hospitality.  The four of us had the BEST time scrapping!!  It was like being at someone's home - the atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming.  And they absolutely SPOILED us what with the fabulous dinner and SNACKS (can you say chocolate?).  And we ALL walked out with some really awesome prizes.  And Amy was kind enough to show me how to use my cropadile tool...thanks again!!!  We are definitely hooked on PT and will be back REAL SOON.

My first visit to your store was Friday, last week. I am the gal who has the used furniture store in Omaha. I am very new to scrapbooking, in the process of dating and sorting my photos. My husband and I have three kids and nothing is in order. Right now I am working backwards, from the newest to the oldest. I also have photos from my childhood that I am copying. I love the black and white photos from the days when that was your only choice. I am looking forward to getting in on one of your Crop nites, your store is an inspiration. I can tell you live and breathe what you do. Your dedication serves you well. It was a pleasure to meet you.
